'Barrister' is a hollow form that brings the classics to mind. It is made from golden rain tree wood. The natural edges combined with the smooth finish makes this vase an interesting interior piece. The dynamic colours of the wood makes this a unique piece.
 
The inside of the vessel is left rough, leaving the tool marks visible. This is done to remind anyone holding it that this is carved out by hand. It also gives a beautiful contrast between the smooth outher surface and the rough inside.
