'Librarian' is a wooden bowl made of oak wood, it has a decorated edge with 24k gold. The bowl has been ebonized black using the classic method for ebonizing, based on a chemical reaction between iron acetate and the natural wood tannins which produces a dark stain. The 'Librarian' is unlike any other bowl.
